In the Township of Drummond/North Elmsley, Ontario, fences & pool enclosures rules are set by Swimming Pool By-law No. 2026-030 and 1 other bylaw, verified 2026-09-25. Max height front: 1.5 metres. Max height rear side: 2 metres. Pool enclosure: Minimum height of 1.2 meters (4 feet), self-closing and self-latching gate, no openings greater than 100mm (4in), no barbed wire.
