The Municipality of Gordon/Barrie Island
BY LAW NO. 2013-05
Being a by-law respecting building permit fees
WHEREAS Section 7 of the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c. 23, as amended
empowers Council to enact certain by-laws respecting building permits;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of Gordon/Barrie Island hereby
enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Fee Schedule attached hereto and marked as Schedule "A" to By-law
No. 2013- 05 is hereby adopted;
2. THAT all other by-laws inconsistent with By-law No. 2013-05 are hereby
repealed;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the third and final date
of passing.
