Max height front: 1.8 m (5.9 ft.). Max height rear side: 1.8 m (5.9 ft.). Pool enclosure: In-ground pools: fence at least 1.52 m (5.0 ft.) high, within 4.5 m (14.8 ft.) of pool or dwelling walls. Above-ground pools: manufacturer fencing or equivalent.

Section 5.24 Swimming Pools: pools permitted as accessory use if set back like an accessory building; ground-level pools must be enclosed by a fence at least 1.52m high located within 4.5m of the pool, or by dwelling walls plus such a fence.
