In the Town of Prescott, Ontario, fences & pool enclosures rules are set by Fence By-law 07-2000, verified 2026-09-25. A permit is required. Max height front: 1 metre (3 feet, 6 inches). Max height rear side: 1.8 metres (6 feet).
