In the Township of Sables-Spanish Rivers, Ontario, fences & pool enclosures rules are set by Zoning By-law No. 2003-15 (consolidated, as amended by By-law 2010-51 and 2020-41), verified 2026-09-25. Pool enclosure: Open pool enclosed by fence min. 1.5 m height with self-locking gate; above-ground pool wall combination may substitute toward minimum. Sight triangle: No obstruction higher than 0.75 m (except chain link fence for school or park) within triangle of sides 5.0 m along each street line at corner lot.
