Refunds
Building without a permit is subject to a penalty of 50% of the permit value to a maximum of $5,000.
If a refund is required, 50% of the permit fee will be retained if the permit has been issued to a minimum of
$170.13. An additional $170.13 will be retained if a site visit has occurred.
