Whereas: The Town of Cornwall does not currently have an adopted Working Alone Policy, and it is highly desirable in consideration of employee safety that the Town have such a policy,
And Whereas: Town of Cornwall staff have researched such policies from other jurisdictions and have developed a Draft policy for use within the Town organization,
Therefore, be it Resolved: The Town of Cornwall Draft Working Alone Policy as considered by Council at the Committee of Council meeting held February 10, 2021 and attached to this resolution be adopted and implemented by Town of Cornwall administration.
