The Rural Municipality of Miltonvale Park Official Plan (2021) is a formalized statement of Objectives, Policies and Plan Actions approved by Council concerning the nature, extent and pattern of land use and development within the Community until the year 2036. The Official Plan addresses the social, economic, physical and environmental goals of the Community. It will assist Council in establishing priorities and in decision making relating to: economic development initiatives, public works, social programming, municipal services, environmental standards, and fiscal management. The Official Plan will also provide the policy framework for the Rural Municipality of Miltonvale Park Zoning and Subdivision Control Bylaw as may be amended, and which may be referred to as the Development Bylaw.
