Construction hours: Chain saw, log splitter or other motorized/powered device permitted only Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Sundays 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Fines: first offence $25.00; subsequent offence $50.00. Exemptions: Does not apply to machinery/equipment used for snow removal or other public purposes for the benefit of the Community.
