## BYLAW #6
## PARKING
## BE IT ENACTED by the Council of the Community of North Rustico that:
- Parking on the sides of streets and roadways having a width of 66' is permissible except where posted signage is to the contrary, from May 1 to November 1 inclusive in each and every year;
- Parking is prohibited on the sides of streets and roadways having a width of less than 66' except where posted signage is to the contrary;
- Vehicles parked in areas where parking is prohibited and which may obstruct the general flow of traffic and emergency vehicles are liable to be removed at the owners expense;
4. The primary policy of this bylaw is to prevent parking on restricted zones and enable the proper functioning and passage of emergency vehicles and functioning of service and snow removal equipment.
This bylaw shall come into full force and effect on the 27% day of June AD 1988.
