* Complete **Development Permit Application** and submit to the Village Office along with payment
* Complete the **Building Permit Application** and submit to the Village Office (be sure to include all PBI forms that are required)
#### **VILLAGE**
* Receives application and Development Application from applicant
* Reviews application
* Approves development if the application meets all requirements of Village bylaws
* Submits building permit application documents to PBI for review
