The Northern Village of Green Lake requires all owners considering development on their property to first obtain a Development/Building Permit before proceeding with any development
Development/Building Permit Application
Please note that the following must accompany all applications to avoid delays in processing.
- Site Drawing clearly identifying all buildings and utilities in relation to property lines including sizes of buildings and distances from property lines,
- Building Blueprints,
- List of construction practices and finishes to be used,
- Permit fee of $225.00

Expect as much as 10 days to process applications.
