RESORT VILLAGE OF MANITOU BEACH Golf Cart Bylaw BYLAW 08-2021 A BYLAW TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF GOLF CARTS ON THE PUBLIC HIGHWAYS AND VILLAGE STREETS WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE MUNICIPALITY. The Council of the Resort Village of Manitou Beach, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. Golf Carts can be used for transport only to and from a golf course, and drivers must access the golf course using the most direct route. 2. All drivers must carry a minimum of a valid Class 7 driver's license. 3. Owners must carry a minimum of $200,000.00 in third party liability insurance. 4. Golf carts are driven during the day only. 5. Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Bylaw is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine of operating a golf cart where prohibited: $40.00 and operating a golf cart without a driver's license: $100.00. 6. This Bylaw shall come into force and take effect upon approval thereof by the Director of Vehicle Registration Policy and Permit Services, Saskatchewan Government Insurance. 5.
