In the City of Melville, Saskatchewan, fences & pool enclosures rules are set by City of Melville Bylaw No. 14/2016 (The Residential Pool Enclosure Bylaw) and 1 other bylaw, verified 2026-09-27. Max height front: one (1) metre. Max height rear side: two (2) metres. Prohibited materials: barbed or razor wire, electrified wiring, sharp projections or other unsafe/dangerous characteristics.
