In the Town of Milestone, Saskatchewan, fences & pool enclosures rules are set by Town of Milestone Bylaw No. 2020-02 (The Private Swimming Pools Bylaw) and 1 other bylaw, verified 2026-09-27. Max height front: 0.91 metre (3 ft.). Max height rear side: 2 metres (6.5 ft.). Pool enclosure: Enclosure minimum height 1.5 m; gates must swing outward and have self-closing, self-latching, and locking devices.
