In the Town of Nipawin, Saskatchewan, fences & pool enclosures rules are set by Town of Nipawin Zoning Bylaw No. 763/2000 (consolidated), verified 2026-09-27. Max height front: interior site - 1.30 metres; corner site - 1.0 metres (may be expanded to 1.30 metres if transparent materials are used). Max height rear side: 2 metres (residential); 2.5 metres (commercial/industrial/other). Sight triangle: no wall, fence, hedge, or shrub shall be placed so as to create a visual obstruction in an established intersection sight triangle.
