In the City of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, fences & pool enclosures rules are set by City of Prince Albert Fortification Bylaw No. 41 of 2004 and 1 other bylaw, verified 2026-09-27. Max height front: 1.2 metres. Max height rear side: 1.9 metres. Prohibited materials: electrified fencing; fence/gate reinforced with metal or similar materials in excess of 3 millimeters.
