Any vehicle parked contrary to subsection (3) may be removed by any town official or town employee and any such removal shall be at the expense and risk of the owner of such vehicle. (4) No operator of a vehicle shall park such vehicle at any place where traffic signs have been placed prohibiting parking. (f) Within 3 metres [ten (10) feet] of block corners at intersections except at alleys. (g) Within 4.5 meters [fifteen (15) feet] of the driveway entrance to any fire station. (h)Within 1.5 metres [five (5) feet] of the entrance to any alley. (i) Within 4.5 metres [fifteen (15) feet] of the entrance to a fire cistern or hydrant. Compliance with such notice within the period of time prescribed therein, shall relieve such person from liability to prosecution in respect to such infraction. ## 26 PENALTIES (1) Subject to clause 25(2), the operator of a school bus when operating a school bus on public Highways in the municipality shall not activate the safety lights. (2) Provisions of clause 25(1) shall not apply at the locations listed in Appendix 10. 25 SCHOOL BUS FLASHING LIGHTS fine of not less than $100.00 and not more than $250.00.
