## BYLAW NO. 3-81
A BYLAW TO PROHIBIT THE PLANTING OF TREES, SHRUBS, ETC.., WITHIN ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY FEET FROM THE CENTRE OF MUNICIPAL ROADS
The Council of the Rural municipality of Francis No. 127, of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. The planting of trees and shrubs, or the placing of stone piles, portable structures, machinery or other objects within one hundred fifty feet from the centre of any road other than a provincial highway is hereby prohibited.
2. Any person found guilty of infraction of the provisions of this bylaw shall be liable to the penalties provided in the general penalty bylaw of the municipality.
