A BYLAW FOR THE RESORT RESIDENTIAL ZONES AND LAKESHORE DISTRICTS
OF Ll, L2 AND L3 OF THE
RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF LOREBURN NO. 254
TO REGULATE THE SPEED OF MOTOR VEHICLES
The council of the Rural Municipality ofLorebum No. 254 in open meeting hereby enacts as follows:
1. In this bylaw the expression:
a)
"Public Highway'' shall have the meaning ascribed to it by The Highways and Transportation Act,
1997.
b) "Motor Vehicle" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by The Traffic Safety Act.
2.
No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a speed greater than 20 kilometers per hour on that portion of
a public highway described as within the boundaries of the following:

Lakeside RV Development, Phase I, II, II and IV
a. Lakeside Road
b. Harbor Place
c. RVDrive
d. RV Lane
e. RVWay
f. RVRoad
g. Marina Crescent
h. Sonny's Lane
i.
Claire's Road
Sunset Beach at Lake Diefenbaker, Phase I and II
j.
Sunset Beach Drive
k. Ector Drive
1.
Bonnie View Drive
m. Sunset Beach Place
The Bays on Diefenbaker, Phase I
n. Whitetail Way
o. Aspen Road
p. Lakeshore Lane
q. Eagle Pass
3. Bylaw 13-2020 shall be repealed.
