Amends the zoning bylaw's road setbacks: opaque fences (and buildings/trees/signs) must be 45m (150ft) from a road/highway centre line; non-opaque fences (page, corral, barbed-wire) need only 1.0m from the road allowance provided they don't create a visibility or maintenance issue.
