## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF MARQUIS NO. 191
## BYLAW NO. 05-2021
## A BYLAW TO REGULATE THE SPEED OF MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN THE HAMLET OF PARKVIEW
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Marquis No. 191 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. In this bylaw the expression:
2. (a) "public highway" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by The Highways and Transportation Act, but shall not include a provincial highway as designated in pursuance of such Act;
3. (b) "motor vehicle" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by The Highway Traffic Act.
2. No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a greater speed than 20 km per hour on a public highway within the Hamlet of Parkview.
3. Septimental natus or to the operator of a fire engine dirt.
4. Any person guilty of an infraction of the provisions of this bylaw shall be liable to the penalties provided in the general penalty bylaw of the municipality.
5. This bylaw shall come into force and take effect on the final passing thereof.
