## BYLAW No. 2/76
A BYLAW CONCERNING THE ERECTION OF HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SIGHS
The council of the Rural runicipality of Parquis 1o. 191 in the Irori! of Saskatchewan, enacts as follous:
- 1o In this bylaw the expression "road" mcans any public highwa: within the municipality as defined in The llighways Acto, other than a provincial highway as designated pursuant to such Act.
- Signs containing the word "stop" shall be erected at the intersection of roadways at the following locations:

4o All siens erected pursuant to sections i and 3 hereof shall be erected nt less than ten feet and not more than fifty feet from the near care of the intersected roadway.
9. The provisions of The Vehicles Act shall apply, whereve applion!! to every sign erected pursuant to sections 2 and 3.
0. No perdon shall alter, danage, remove, deface, knock down or tamp with any sign erected pursuant to this bylaw.
7. Any person who vinlates any provision of this bylaw shaul be nilty of an offence and shall be diable on curary conviction to the pentli, in the general penalty bylan of the municipality
