## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF MILDEN NO. 286 BYLAW 20-03
## A BYLAW TO REGULATE THE SPEED OF MOTOR VEHICLES
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Milden No 286 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. For the purpose of this Bylaw the expression:
- a) "Public Highway" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by The Highways and Transportation Act. 1997, but shall not include a provincial highway as designated pursuant to such Act:
- b) "Motor Vehicle" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by the Highway Traffic Act.
2. No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a speed greater than 50 kilometres per hour on that portion of public highway described as:
- a) Grid Road 3124 commencing at the South East Corner of the Village of Wiseton and running parallel to the East Boundary of the Village of Wiseton, North to the point of intersection with the Provincial Highway.
- b) Grid Road 3115 commencing at the South West Corner of the Village of Milden and running parallel to the West Boundary of the Village of Milden, North to the North West corner of the Village of Milden.
3. Signs indicating the maximum speed shall be erected at the commencement of the speed zone area and signs shall be erected showing the end of the speed zone area.
4. Any person who contravens any of the provisions of this bylaw is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to the penalties in the General Penalty Bylaw of the Municipality.
5. That Bylaw 02/92 be hereby repealed
6. This Bylaw shall come into force on the day of its final passing.
