Section 4.11 caps fences at 1.2m in front yards and 2.4m in side/rear yards (2.4m max in Commercial/Industrial), bans screening in sight triangles, and in Country Residential Districts limits front yard fences to 1.0m/rear to 2.0m and bans barbed/razor wire. Section 8.11 requires swimming pools to be fenced to 1.8m with a self-latching gate.
