## BYLAW 01 / 1999 A BYLAW OF THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF MOOSE RANGE NO. 486 IN THE PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN TO CONTROL, PROHIBIT AND REGULATE SMOKING IN CERTAIN ENCLOSED PUBLIC PLACES. The Council of the Rural Municipality of Moose Range No. 486, in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: In this Bylaw: "Smoke or Smoking" includes the carrying of a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe or any other lighted smoking material. management of the Council of the Rural Municipality of Moose Range No. 486.
