- BI RELATING TO THU FLANTING OF TRIES OR SHRUBS OR THE FLACIG ON SITE FILES IND OTHER OBJECTS DJACENT TO CERTAIN HIGH ATS.
The Council of the fuel linicipality of Fleasantdele No. 39€, in the province of sasketchewan, enacts as folloNs:
1. For the purposes ai this bylaw the expression:
2. (a) "Municipality" means the laral Namicipality of Fleasantdale No, 39E of Saskatchewen;
3. (b) "Hoad" means any road ellowance within the mnicipality other than:
- (1) e private road, or
5. (iti) a road or highey within the following Hamlets, to wit; Harlet of ileasantdale, Hamlet of Lac Vert, Hanket of itiver Fork.
- (31) a provincial highway, or
2. No person shall hereefter plant trees or shrubs or place stone, curth or gravel piles, portable structures, machinery or other objects on private property within one hundrei and filty leet iron the centre line of any rod.
3. The council may, by order, direct the owner of any private property upon which a tree or shrub has been planted, or a stone, earth or gravel pile, portable structure, cachinery or other object has been placed in contravention of the provisions of section 2 hereof, to renovo the same within a time to be stater in such order and the provisions of section 185 of the tural Municipality ict, 197€, shall apply, mutatis mutondis, il the over fails to comply with the orer.
9. 40 Any person io contravenes the provisions of section 2 hereof is guilty of an offence and liable on summer conviction to the penalties imposed in the guneral penalty bylaw of the municipolity.
