## A BYLAW CONCERNING THE ERECTION OF HIGHWAY TRAFFIC: SIGNS
The Council of the Rural Municipality al Ploasantdale lo. 398 in the Province of Saskatchewen, enacts as follows:
1. In this bylaw the expression "road" means any publie highway within the muicipality as defined in The Highway Act, other then a Provincial Highway as destenated pursuat to such Act.
2. Iield signs shall be erected at the intersections of roadways at the following locations:
3. All sions erected pursuant to section 2 bereol ehall be erected not less than three metres and not nore than flfteen netres from the near edge of the intersected roadway.
4. 40 The Provisions of The Vehicles Act shall apply, wherever applicable, to every sien erected pursuant to section 2.
5. No person shall alter, demage, remove, deface, knocis down or tamper with any sign erected pursuant to thie Byler.
6. Any person who vlalates ary provision of this Bylaw shall be guilty of an offence and shall be Liable on sumnary conviction to the penalties in the General penalty Bylaw of the Municipality.
