## SPEED LIMIT BYLAW RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF RECIPROCITY NO. 32 ## BYLAW NO. 16-23 ## A BYLAW OF THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF RECIPROCITY NO. 32 TO REGULATE THE SPEED OF MOTOR VEHICLES The Council of the Rural Municipality of Reciprocity No. 32 in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. This bylaw may be referred to as the "Speed Limit Bylaw". 2. For the purpose of this Bylaw the expression: 3. "motor vehicle" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by The Highway Traffic Act. 4. "public highway" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997. 3. No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a speed greater than 90 kilometres per hour, unless otherwise posted, on that portion of a public highway described as follows: Range Road 1333 commencing at the junction of Highway No. 318 and Township Road 44 and continuing North on Primary Grid 601to Township Road 70, for a distance of approximately 24 kms. 4. Signs indicating the maximum speed allowed shall be erected at the commencement of the speed zone area and signs shall be erected showing the end of the speed zone area. 5. Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this bylaw is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to the penalties in the General Penalty Bylaw of the Rural Municipality of Reciprocity No. 32. 6. Bylaw No. 7-03 is hereby repealed as the original was lost in the fire March 16, 2022. 7.
