Fences, hedges, shelterbelts and other landscaping must be contained within the owner's property lines and may not obstruct driver vision in a sight triangle at road corners (Figure 3); shelterbelts within 90 m of a provincial highway need an MHI roadside development permit. Repeals Bylaw #32.
