The enforcement of this bylaw shall be under the jurisdiction of a City of Warman Bylaw Officer or a City of Warman Development Officer. b. Any person convicted of a breach of any of the provisions of this bylaw shall forfeit and pay at the discretion of the convicting judge, a penalty not exceeding $300.00, exclusive of costs. The following bylaw is hereby repealed: Repeal a) Bylaw No.87-11, a bylaw respecting the prescribing, regulating and enforcing the use of safety measures in connection with private swimming pools.
