In the Town of Wolseley, Saskatchewan, fences & pool enclosures rules are set by Town of Wolseley Private Swimming Pool Bylaw No. 04-2022 and 1 other bylaw, verified 2026-09-29. Max height front: 1.0 metre (3.3 ft). Max height rear side: 2.0 metres (6.5 ft). Pool enclosure: Enclosure min height 1.8 m (6 feet); gates self-closing, self-latching, lockable, swing outward; gaps <=10 cm.

Detailed pool-enclosure standards: above-ground pool walls or secondary fencing min. 1.2m high, standalone enclosures min. 1.8m high with gaps under 10cm, self-closing/latching gates min. 1.8m high; hot tubs exempt if fitted with a locking cover rated to 77kg.

Sections 7.5/8.6/10.6/11.5 set fence and hedge height limits: max 1.0m in a required front yard, 2.0m in a rear yard, and no fence/hedge may cross the property line, subject to traffic sight lines. Section 4.19 requires swimming pools be enclosed by a 1.8m non-climbable fence.
