## TOWN OF FARO BYLAW 2022-08
## van to amend of sold waste within the on of Far or ther
WHEREAS Section 220 of the Municipal Act, Chapter 154, Statutes of the Yukon provides that Council may amend bylaws; and
WHEREAS the Town of Faro currently operates a Waste Management Facility located at Lot 027 QUAD 105K/03;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Town of Faro in the Yukon Territory, in open meeting assembled, hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Citation of Bylaw
2. 1.1 This bylaw may be cited as the "Waste Management Bylaw Amendment"
## 2. Waste Management Bylaw Amendment
- 2.1 Section 7.1.1 shall be added: Waste Collection and Disposal Fee in Schedule "A" of this Bylaw may be amended by Council resolution.
