permit required for	Residential new dwelling units, renovations/additions, accessory buildings/decks, minor renovations, plumbing, demolition, relocation, temporary structures, woodstoves/fireplaces; non-residential construction, alterations, accessory buildings; agricultural construction/renovation. exemptions	Line fences, landscaping, eavestroughs, painting, air conditioning units, non-structural interior renovations, accessory structures under 15 sq m without living quarters, non-structural window/door replacement, same-material roofing.	Permits are not required for the following:
