Bans planting trees/shrubs or placing stone, earth or gravel piles on private property within 150 ft of a road centre line or 300 ft of an intersection outside the hamlets of Parkman, Mair, Kelso and Walpole; Council can order removal. Shelter belts over 5 years old are exempt beyond 75 ft. Repeals Bylaw 1/68.
